Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We ship USPS first class out of our warehouse located in Fort Worth, Texas, USA.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Most orders are shipped same business day. Items that are on preorder (typically new releases) will add an additional 1-3 day processing time. After your order has shipped it will usually take between 1-5 days to arrive.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
Although packages very rarely get lost, it does happen occasionally. If you haven't received your package 7 days after its expected date, please contact us at info@fairyglamor.com for assistance.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship all over the world to 200+ countries. Common countries include the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Mexico. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO TRAVEL?
USA orders typically take around 1-5 days to travel First Class, USPS.

For international shipping we use USPS First Class International. Here are a few international shipping estimates: Canada: 2-7 days, UK: 2-7 days, Australia: 3-8 days, Mexico: 2-5 days.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
USA Residents: $5.95 flat First Class shipping.

USA Residents: Free shipping when you spend $50 or more.

International Countries: $12.95 flat First Class shipping.


Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept most standard payment processors including Paypal, Stripe, Afterpay, and Shopify Payments. You can also pay directly with any standard debit or credit card: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and more.

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?
Yes! The processors we use are 100% safe and are used by most online businesses. All information is encrypted and never shared.


Orders and Returns

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders come with tracking numbers that are sent to you via email and stored on your account page (if you haven't created one, we would definitely recommend it!). We will send you an email/text notification after your purchase, after your item has been shipped, and after it has been delivered. You can click on the link in your email or account page to bring up the USPS tracking page with your order route. It will tell you exactly where your order currently is and the estimated delivery date.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Nope! You can checkout without an account, however it is recommended to create one so you can utilize our rewards system, and so you can easily keep track of your orders. All the information you need for your order will be sent by email or text notification (whichever option you choose).

WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
If you have questions or issues with your order, we would LOVE to solve any problems you're having. Contact us anytime at info@FairyGlamor.com and a representative will respond within 1-2 days.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If your order has not shipped yet, you can send us an email and we will cancel it for you. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return your items for a refund once they arrive. If you need to change your order, we are happy to help you if your items have not been packaged or shipped yet, just contact support.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Fairy Glamor accepts returns on all products (with the exception of subscription boxes) within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our industry (cosmetics) we cannot resell any products we receive back that are not still sealed. Unsealed items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. The exception to this is any orders that were wrong due to mistakes on our part, whether that be damage during shipment, or incorrect items sent. If you would like to make a return, please contact support at info@fairyglamor.com. We offer free return shipping to all customers and will provide a paid shipping label for you.


Product Information

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We currently handmake Fairy Glamor products out of our home in Galveston, Texas. We get our glitters, acrylic powder, and packaging professionally produced and then mix our colors in-house. All colors are made in small batches. We recently upgraded from hand-mixing to using a blender!

ARE YOUR POWDERS SAFE TO USE?
In most cases, our powders are safe to use. We use industry standard ingredients that are FDA approved. Please be sure to check our ingredients panel if you are allergic to anything.


Product Information

HOW DO I APPLY THE POWDER?
Our powders can be applied with our dip liquid system or with EMA monomer for the acrylic method of application. You can view our dip nail tutorial here for more information: Dip Tutorial.

DO I NEED A UV LIGHT FOR THE TOP COAT?
You will need a UV light to cure our gel top coat. However! If you do not want to use a UV light, you can apply our base liquid as a top coat, and then use "Seal & Dry" to cure it. Both methods give a very glossy, clear finish.

HOW DO I APPLY YOUR CHUNKY GLITTERS?
Chunky glitter dip powders take some practice to apply, but the results are worth it! Please be sure to read our tutorial on how to apply chunky glitter powders here.

HOW DO I REMOVE DIP/ACRYLIC NAILS?
Dip and acrylic nails are both professional methods of application. They do not come off easily! This can be great if you want your nails to last a long time, but not so much if you want to remove them. Read our tutorial on how to remove dip and acrylic nails here.

HOW LONG DO DIP NAILS LAST?
Dip nail powder lasts up to five weeks when applied correctly and should not chip, crack, or break off. You'll usually find that your nails grow too fast to keep your nails on for that long, however! You can expect to wear your nails around 3-4 weeks most of the time.
